Our Full Encapsulation packages use durable materials lasting 20+ years, ensuring affordability and top standards. We install 20-mil microbial woven white plastic on the floor and 12-mil on walls and piers, permanently anchored, sealed with sealant, and taped. Vents are sealed, and a dehumidifier is added for air control. Conditioning air using dehumidifier keeps humidity at 50-55%, preventing mold infestations, mildew, and termites. Since 50% of home air comes from the crawl space, maintenance is key. For mold, removal and ongoing control are needed—full encapsulation is the best solution.

Basic Encapsulation

Cost-effective without compromising quality, using durable materials that last 15 years, and 12-mil white plastic anchored and sealed to the crawl space floor and walls, taped at piers, and tacked with sealant. Vents sealed, and dehumidifier added for air control.

Mold Remediation

We use low toxicity agents to target and permanently remove mold from your crawl space, leaving a protective layer behind. Removal methods vary by damage and contamination levels: minor mold is treated with spraying and scrubbing. Severe cases with layered mold in wood would require multiple treatments, that leave the wood looking new. We offer wireless moisture monitoring to prevent it from returning.
